Features of the Erthe Life Breath Altitude Training Mask:
- Custom Vented Cover: The Breath Mask is engineered to deliver the right amount of resistance vs the right amount of airflow to the mask.
- Efficient Levers: 25 resistance levels which can be easily adjusted to control the desired amount of airflow through the mask without taking it off.
- One-sided Valve: A one-sided airflow valve system allows easy exhalation of carbon dioxide at any time allowing a central fresh air exchange.
- Ergonomically Formed Mask Body: The airflow system is inset in an ergonomically formed mask body made of medical silicone. The soft material is designed to fit the shape of your face comfortably.
- High Performance Nylon Polymer Sleeve: The Breath Mask’s sleeve is made of an extremely resilient and lightweight fabric to keep you cool during your workout.

- M (Medium) 70-100kg (154-220lbs)
- L (Large) >100kg (>221lbs)
